Our proud history
More than 100 years ago, W.K. Kellogg founded our company through his belief in nutrition and dedication to well-being. Motivated by a passion for people, quality and innovation, he created the first-ever breakfast cereal and then shaped an entire industry.
Today, Kellogg employs around 33,000 people in 18 countries. We sell our products in 180 countries over 6 continents but we’re still passionate about the individual. That’s what makes Kellogg successful: each and every one of us.
Our commitment to diversity
At Kellogg Company, diversity and inclusion are not add-ons, extras or “nice to haves.” They are essential to who we are and what we do. They are vital to building a winning culture where all employees can contribute their best work.
It’s crucial for our business that our workforce be as diverse as the consumers who enjoy our products. Diversity encourages the sharing of richer, broader ideas that can lead to breakthrough innovations. Globally we have made significant strides toward the more equitable inclusion of women, the LGBT community, people with disabilities, veterans and other demographic groups.
