Cyber Risk Manager - Open to flexibility

As the UK's largest Retail and Commercial bank, Lloyds Banking Group has a footprint that touches nearly every community and household in the UK. Its aim is to be the best bank for customers and we have a big responsibility to support the UK economy and help it prosper.

Our Internet and mobile banking services help customers bank in a way that is secure, convenient and personalised for them. In a rapidly changing digital environment, the team is focused on developing technology that will ensure we continue to meet the changing needs of our customers, with a joined up customer experience across all LBG brands.

You'll be a thought leader, joining Group Digital's Risk team to design innovative cyber digital controls within our change initiatives, building an end to end view of the risks within our change and Transformation portfolios and working closely with senior management to design exceptional and simplified control solutions.

Additionally you'll be an integral subject matter expert in developing Group Digitals Cyber and digital control strategy; influencing the wider strategy for operational risk management. And you'll understand the cyber threat landscape; mastering building strong relationships across the business to support the achievement of our strategic goals.

You will be expected to support and constructively challenge the business, helping mitigate risks and designing control solutions that help us stay safe and enable fast paced projects in delivering value to our customers. You'll also have the confidence to bring fresh approaches and new ideas to reality; 'status quo' is something you challenge.

What we'll need from you:

  • Information/cyber security experience in a risk or consultancy capacity,
  • A background in technology and understanding of Cloud risks,
  • A deep knowledge of cyber threats and impact to the banking landscape, coupled with knowledge of the cyber kill-chain methodology,
  • Proficiency in the management of cyber incident response,
  • Experience in driving change and improving processes at pace,
  • Proficiency in the use of cyber frameworks to establish the correct level of agility, governance and risk mitigation,
  • Proven track record of risk/threat mitigation.

In return we'll offer you a great package with:

  • A performance related bonus
  • Car/allowance
  • Generous pension contribution
  • 30 Days leave plus bank holidays
  • A flexible cash pot to spend on benefits
  • Wider corporate benefits and perks

We'd also support work/life balance friendly options such as occasional home-working and we're passionate about diversity in the workplace.
