Executive Reward Analyst - Open to flexibility

You will be accountable for managing incentive plans, designing remuneration packages and delivering reward communications for the executive population at Diageo (around 1,000 people at Director level and above). You will also be responsible for producing the annual remuneration report as well as having the opportunity to play a key role in a number of global reward projects. You will be leading through complex issues and a fast-changing executive reward landscape and will need to demonstrate rigour and mastery of the detail whilst envisioning the bigger possibility and driving continuous improvement.
