We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a high calibre Business Analyst to join the Major Risk Programme - Cyber Security Programme team. As one of the Major Risk Programmes in LBG, the aim of the Cyber Security Programme is to reduce the risk of financial loss and/or damage to our reputation from malicious Cyber-attack.

Your role will be to design and facilitate delivery of the scope, requirements and other key business deliverables for a range of Cyber Security Programme projects. By engaging with key stakeholders, you will ensure that quality business requirements are produced, accepted and approved. You'll influence the solution design to meet business goals, scope and strategy requirements and will provide input into the identification and delivery of project benefits, traceability of requirements and impact of solutions. Your insight will provide the project with considerable support during testing and implementation and you'll also be expected to contribute to the motivation and development of the Business Analysis team to help build on our high performing team.

You'll need to have experience of applying analytical techniques to identify underlying issues and business needs, ideally supported by an ISEB/BCS business analysis qualification and professional Business Analyst experience. You'll possess strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability in engaging and positively influencing Senior Managers, SMEs and other stakeholders through effective communication and consistent delivery against a complex environment.

You must have significant prior experience of and be able to demonstrate successful performance in a similar role. We are particularly interested to hear from candidate working in Banking & Financial Services with knowledge of Cryptography.
