Supporting our Connect Telephony sites and our agents is a 100 strong team of IT professionals involved in the ongoing development and integration of numerous applications and technologies associated with these contact centres.

We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master and Coach to manage the transition of the projects in our portfolio from waterfall to Agile methodology. This role is based on the Connect & Telephony Systems team; part of Retail & Consumer Finance CIO in Group IT.

Your main accountabilities will include facilitating and planning a production schedule backlog for the Sprint teams, facilitating and leading workshops, setting the standard for quality and being the benchmark for Agile. We will see you implementing and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, monitoring, reviewing and adjusting the schedule and structure where needed and determining the changes to the physical environment that could accelerate or support the journey to Agile.

Additionally you will support the definition and implementation of standard operating procedures (AGILE) for production operations, support the development of product quality standards across the artefacts ( User stories / Epics/Features/Definition of Done etc) and monitor quality standards of products and ensure quality control and tracking is in place to meet quality objectives across the portfolio.

You'll also analyse production and quality control to detect and resolve issues, prepare and maintain production reports (AGILE), estimate team velocity and monitor Burn Down charts and ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between Sprint teams /Divisions/IT and off-shore.

What we'll need from you;
*Must be a qualified Scrum Master with demonstrable experience
*Must have Coaching experience along with knowledge and experience of SAFe (desirable)
*Knowledge of quality systems and standards and business, finance and management principles
*Be a self-starter and highly motivated individual who is capable of leading the transformation of waterfall projects to Agile Scrum.
