School Fees Administrator - Part-time 25 hours/wk

Salaries commensurate with experience

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated experienced fees administrator to take responsibility for all aspects of management and operation of the sales ledger and credit control functions. This is an exciting time to join the School and make your mark and be an integral member of the business. Pupil numbers have expanded over the years and the School is embarking on ambitious development plans.

This is a newly created role following expansion of the finance department and will be part time based on 25 hours per week (5 hours daily). You will be organised and motivated, a clear communicator with a good eye for detail, with an appetite for learning and sharing knowledge and happy to work independently, but thrive in a supportive and creative team environment.

The main purpose of the role is to assist the Bursar in the financial management of the School with particular responsibility for all aspects of the Sales Ledger and Credit Control whilst also taking responsibility for the purchase and nominal Ledgers and payroll functions during staff holidays.
