Senior Manager - Digital Payments - Open to flexibility

The Digital Payment team is responsible for driving adoption and usage of our digital payment methods (including digital payments and transfers, Faster Payments, Apple Pay and other wallets). This includes journey improvements, as well as better integration of these solutions into the group digital platform. We are also responsible for the strategic vision around how customers will adopt the group's payment methods including taking into account industry developments such as PSD2.

A critical part of this vision and achieving Lloyds Banking Group's plans will be to understand how we continually improve our existing offerings, whilst in addition bringing the 'new to market' digital products into the existing way of managing digital products and services, identifying growth opportunities and delivering them.

Reporting to Head of Service Communications & Payments, you will own the payment strategy and vision for digital whilst working across divisions and with relevant stakeholders. You will be great at relationship building and influencing at all levels across the business and will run a key business forum with executive attendance.

You should have a good grasp of the macro payment industry and really understand what drives behavioural change when customers choose how they pay. You should also be aware of key payment regulation, specifically PSD2, and be able to articulate the threats and opportunities that this provides. In addition you will be responsible for building out our analytics capability enabling the business to make better business decisions based on insight.

This will involve working with Customer Insight and Digital Analytics.
You'll be passionate for digital, adept at writing and delivering presentations and business cases, adept at matrix management as well as working with multiple stakeholders. You'll have a strong knowledge of the payment industry and be able to identify threats and opportunities, and be creative in your approach to develop initiatives that drive adoption and usage based on strong insight. By building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across Retail Product, Customer Insights, Brands & Marketing, and Digital & transformation, you'll support the development and delivery of the Digital Payment usage growth.

Ultimately, you'll be a proactive, determined individual who promotes the Group values and improves your own and business performance, by actively overcoming challenges, simplifying processes and continually innovating.
