Arts sector, Project Manager, flexibility, IT
Our client in the arts sector is seeking a Project Manager to join the team. This role will be required to use best practice project management tools and techniques to deliver a number of enterprise level, Application and ICT Infrastructure projects. This role will be required to detail reporting on all areas of project progress including budget management and is a key role for the team and its delivery.
The role will involve project planning and management. team management and team building, process management and improvement, ensuring quality and output is maximized at all times.
Candidates will be exceptional communicators and confident in dealing with people at all levels, he/she will have demonstrable past experience of similar roles and examples of projects delivered, in particular taking a leading role. He/she will have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage their own time to ensure deadlines are met in a busy environment. Candidates will be able to motivate and manage project teams and provide clear direction to allow them to excel and deliver. Experience of Agile and Scum methodologies is required and previous experience of O365 migration projects would be advantageous, but not essential.
