Customer Insights Manager/Analyst - Job Share
Our client is seeking a B2C marketing development and customer insights manager to work in a Job Share arrangement. This person will have significant experience in product management, great analytical skills with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
They must be skilled in interrogating databases using SQL, and use Google analytics and other tools, to turn customer insights into action and recommendations to drive the business.
They will also have great communication skills with the ability to create partnerships for mutually beneficial relationships.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this person will be responsible for seeking out and managing promotional opportunities internationally as well as supporting the marketing team with business analysis to drive customer insights.
· Promote the opportunity for non-competitive companies to advertise their products or services via promotional packaging inserts
· Support in securing email marketing, direct mail and other promotional opportunities to generate new customers
· Analyse the success of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for the development of the firm’s promotional strategy
Location: City of London
Flexibility: 2.5 - 3 days a week (Job share)
