Returners Programme - Lead Project Manager - Open to flexibility

Lloyds Banking Group support a 'Returners Programme' dedicated to talented professionals like you, who have taken a break from your career and are now ready to return to work and resume your career. Recognising that the transition back to work can be a challenge this 16 week internship programme is designed specifically with this in mind - with the aim of offering you a permanent position at the end.

To qualify, you'll need to be returning from a break of (minimum) two years and whilst you're likely to have worked within professional services or banking, it's your experience, drive and transferable leadership skills that are important to us.

The Change Delivery Team in Finance Operations is the Centre of Excellence for Change Delivery within Finance. Across Finance, we have a wide ranging and strategically critical portfolio of initiatives to deliver, for which we pride ourselves for delivering to a high quality, both safely and on time.

You'll direct and control the delivery of diverse cross divisional projects, shape and lead major change initiatives which implement business strategies whilst optimising resources within projects to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives.

We're specifically looking for you to have proven experience working as a Project Manager in a Change environment and experience of leading a range of significant projects and working with third party suppliers.

In terms of locations, you could join our teams in either Bristol or Edinburgh. There is also the possibility of agile working arrangements, dependent on the particular job role.

If your initial application is successful we'd look for you to join us for an assessment day in April. The programme commences on 5th June and for successful Returners, permanent roles would follow.

For the duration of the programme you would receive a pro rata salary as shown (dependent upon location) and a lump sum to take as cash or use to purchase a tailored benefits package tailored to meet your lifestyle choices.
