Core purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective administration of the On Purpose Executive Programmes, including the CEO Programme for CEOs of purpose led organisations.

Through our flagship Associate Programme we provide people with the experience, support and inspiration that they need to find and do work that matters. Now, through our newly launched CEO Programme, we are partnering with CEOs of purpose-led organisations to strengthen and focus their leadership to support personal and organisation growth and so further contribute to the success of the social enterprise and purpose-led movement.
We are recruiting an exceptional individual to join our new team. Following a year of research and design, we have created a unique faculty of facilitators, coaches and business leaders and are poised to launch our first, highly innovative programme. Reporting to the Executive Programmes lead, the Co-ordinator has day to day responsibility for providing administrative support to staff and faculty to enable them to provide a first rate learning and development experience to participants. As first point of contact for programme participants your back up and responsiveness will ensure they enjoy a seamless learning and development experience.
We are looking for someone who understands the mission of On Purpose, has a genuine interest in social enterprise and a desire to ensure a growing community receives effective and efficient administrative support. As a training and development organisation we aim to practice what we preach. We endeavour to identify and seek out appropriate opportunities for employees’ learning and engage in regular feedback amongst all staff.
