Office Manager – Decorative Handles Showroom – Part-time 3 - 4 days/wk with flexible working hours

We are looking for a permanent, part-time Office Manager to work alongside our Showroom Manager. You must have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail.

We are a high-end decorative handles showroom located at the Fulham end of Kings Road, famed for a distinctive house-style and the quality of our handles. We design all our collections in-house and have our own workshop in Hampshire.

Quality checking is crucial to our standards and reputation and will be a key component of the role. Other duties will include preparing client orders, monitoring orders to suppliers, organising collections with couriers, managing stock levels of ancillary items required for orders and the general smooth running of the office.

Depending on the candidate’s profile and availability, the role could be extended to include supporting sales when necessary, preparing client quotations and a social media activity.

The successful applicant will need to have a can-do professional approach, excellent organisation skills, and great attention to detail. You must be self-motivated and reliable, and enjoy working in a small team where you can make a difference.
