Expense Administrator, Part-time 

Position Summary

FIRST, a global events agency has the aspiration to double in size over the next three years.

There are around 60 event professionals who travel globally to deliver events. The purpose of this role is to support them through managing the card and out of pocket expenses process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of company credit card programmes.
  • Administration of company petty cash.
  • Reviewing staff expenses claims to ensure bona-fide expenses, tax treatment and correct nominal coding
  • Processing expenses and posting to Finance System (Access Dimensions)
  • Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts related to expenses, cards and petty cash
  • Ensure all expenses for the Managed Services teams are invoiced to clients
  • Raising monthly sales invoices to Managed Services clients
  • Support the ongoing automation of the Employee Expenses process through Access Focalpoint.

Skills and Experience

  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience of working in a multi-currency environment
  • Experience of established Finance Systems – ideally Access Dimensions and Access Focalpoint.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a proactive and curious mind-set.
