Digital and Communications Assistant (Maternity Cover), Part-time 21 hrs/wk

Salary: £29,737 pa pro rata
Hours: Part-time (21 hours per week) 
Contract: Maternity cover, up to 12 months fixed-term
Location: Society Building, 8 All Saints Street, London N1

In this varied role, you are supporting the wide-ranging work of NCVO’s digital and communications team. Your responsibilities include everything from monitoring income and expenditure and managing publication stock levels, to answering member queries and advising internal colleagues. You are experienced in building relationships and will regularly liaise with people outside NCVO, including members, customers and a broad range of suppliers.

You have proven experience of providing excellent customer service. Excellent at multitasking, you work well in a fast-paced environment with a range of complex priorities. You have high levels of numeracy, are IT literate and comfortable working on a range of digital platforms.
