Qualifications and experience required 

  • A personal passion for Reward and the impact it can have on business performance and individual engagement
  • Minimum of 3 years’ specialist reward experience OR minimum 3 years’ finance / treasury / strategy / investor relations experience.
  • Financially astute – understands business performance measures and financial instruments e.g. share options.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a data driven approach and first-rate attention to detail.  Able to interpret, simplify and communicate complex data.
  • Articulate and persuasive with strong written and oral communication skills, with experience of successfully managing a broad range of senior stakeholders.
