We have an exciting and challenging new opportunity for a high caliber leader, the successful individual will needs to demonstrate leadership and execution of strategic delivery change, employing Agile Coaching techniques. This role is perfect for a talented professional to join our Change Delivery team within Delivery & Data reporting into the Customer Products & Marketing division. We currently have an opportunity at our office in Bristol, for a Programme Manager who has the skills and experience in Agile methodology to complement our world class team. Delivering 'cutting edge' solutions to transform the Group and the way in which we interact with our customers.
Your role as an Agile Programme Manager will be to develop and drive the change delivery approach strategy, to give the team the best possible opportunity to succeed in varied and often challenging environments. As a Programme Manager, you will have experience of defining and enabling delivery using different approaches such as Agile, tools and methodologies and will pragmatically apply them as required. You will be required to work with various partners [internally and externally] to drive, shape and change the way in which projects are executed across the division.
As a Programme Manager you will guide and ensure delivery pace of scrum teams, but you will also guide management in the transition to Agile. You will work within the Change team to define the vision and roadmap for Agile transformation and establish appropriate measures of success. You will lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the Sprint teams.
You drive continuous improvement and influence behaviour, while coaching and enabling teams, influencing stakeholders and clients. You will develop consistent methods to track progress and produce artefacts/visibility that fit in with the overall change process and support stakeholder engagement. From your leadership experience you will be able to spot warning signs of things going wrong in projects and provide a decisive response to significant delivery challenges by removing obstacles or blockers to progress, constantly helping teams become more self-organising and empowered.
You will play a key role as facilitator of various ceremonies, therefore workshop skills are required.
