The role

We are recruiting for an Early Help Data Analyst to undertake the management, reporting and detailed analysis of data for Camden’s Early Help services. The successful applicant will be responsible for using data to support the management of services; as well as the provision of strategy, policy and change work. They will also be required to support all data-related elements of Camden's response to the national Troubled Families Programme.

The role will require development and maintenance of effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role offers a fantastic opportunity for professional development, and there will be the opportunity for the successful applicant to develop their skills in areas such as Qlik scripting; data visualisation; GIS Mapping; and statistical analysis.

About you

To be considered for this role you will be expected to hold a relevant qualification and/or relevant professional experience working with data. The successful candidate will possess strong Microsoft Excel skills and will have experience of cleansing, linking, analysing and visualising data to support particular business requirements.

Ideally, you will have experience with Social Care systems, such as Mosaic or Liquidlogic; and Business Intelligence tools, such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, SAS or Qlik. Experience of dashboard development is also desirable.  

The right individual will be highly numerate and literate, possessing excellent communication skills with an interest in Data Visualisation and communicating data to a range of audiences.

This role will involve the handling of sensitive personal data and is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check. The successful applicant should also be well informed regarding Data Protection legislation.
