Tina Verda (Riley) based at Walsall head office has recently returned from maternity leave and has taken a new role as Senior Business Delivery Manager in a part time capacity.

I’ve worked at HomeServe for 13 years. I began my career as an Operational Manager in Customer Service and Sales, which led to a number of different roles in Marketing concluding with Head of Data Services in 2010. In 2011 I moved to Milan to set up the Sales and Marketing function for our Italian Business where I lived and worked for three years. Since then I’ve been on maternity leave twice and I’m now working in Business Development as a Senior Business Delivery Manager.
The opportunities here are fantastic. From a personal perspective, this is the second time I’ve come back from maternity leave. Everyone at HomeServe has been really supportive and flexible around my desire to be a mum to my two girls as well as continue my professional career. I currently work part time which gives me the best of both worlds and means that when the girls are old enough, I’ll be ready to take that step back up again.
