Breakthrough:

Breakthrough is an inclusive network committed to supporting the development of women for the benefit of all colleagues and the Group. As well as helping develop women, we encourage the participation of male colleagues who currently make up c.10% of our membership.

We’re seeking to help women fulfil their career potential, support the business to capitalise on the full potential of balanced teams and ensure the Group becomes a leader in gender diversity. We’re striving to achieve these aims by giving female colleagues access to help and tools to meet their needs, supporting their development and building Breakthrough’s influence

Family Matters:

In the ‘Family Matters’ network, we offer support to colleagues at any stage of their family journey, whether it’s pre-pregnancy, pre-parents, mothers and fathers, colleagues with caring responsibilities or any other family matter, enabling them to find guidance and support from those around them
