Supervisor Customer Service & Checking Team (Salary £23-28 k depending on experience)
plus Document & Facial Checkers ( Salary £20-25k depending on experience)

We are looking to hire a Supervisor and team of Checkers to perform a critical role at Yoti. The Supervisor will lead a 24/7 team of facial and document checkers and customer service representatives, with responsibility for operational security standards, the smooth running of the team, reviewing cases, preparing reports, debriefing, giving constructive feedback and liaising with the wider Yoti team in terms of quality control and continuous improvement.
The Checkers will perform checks of Yoti applicant selfies against the original document photograph (e.g. Passport, Resident’s visa, Driving Licence) to review whether pairs of images are of the same individual or not.
For both roles, we're looking for people gifted at analysing visual information, recording decisions accurately, and who are keen to work in a diverse team in a secure environment. We particularly welcome candidates with team management and/or investigatory experience from a military, law enforcement or audit environment.
