HR Advisor, Part time
Were seeking a part time HR Advisor who has experience of high volume ER case work to join a busy team 18.5 hr
We have an opportunity on an initial temporary basis for a part time HR Advisor to work with a busy HR department support a variety of business units. You will be handling a range of high volume ER case work, supporting and coaching managers on employer relations , policy and process. You will be providing support and guidance on ER cases including, Sickness, Absence, Disciplinary, Performance, Grievance, AWOL, Maternity/Paternity queries, flexible working requests, and more....
Were seeking an HR Advisor who has ideally worked within large businesses with high volume ER case work
Skills include: -
- Ability to advise on all HR polices and procedures
- Manage casework relating to disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, capability and other hr procedures, including attending meetings and giving appropriate professional advice and support.
- Experience giving advice on employment legislation and conditions of service
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 but flexible if experience in ER case work
18.5 hours per week flexible on days - potentially looking at
longer term contract
Ideally starting 14th Sept
