HR Coordinator, Part time
HR Coordinator required to work 30 hours per week (flexibility in how these hours are worked)
Contract:12-month fixed term (to start October 2020)
Salary:??25k pro-rata, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
I am looking for someone with a CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent qualification) and experience of working in a HR function to join my HR Team.We are a small team of 6 who provide the HR service for Hidden Hearing, a nationwide, private hearing care company with just over 500 staff.We have a silver IIP award and high levels of employee engagement.We have a wide range of experience within the team and we strive to provide a first-class service to our employees at all times.
You will have a proven track record of experience of using HR systems with an understanding of how they work, experience of reporting and some experience of data analysis.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable and able to plan and prioritise their own workload.You will be a team player and committed to providing a first-rate service.Attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills are a must as is an ability to problem-solve and think outside the box.
You will be responsible for preparing reports from the HRIS for myself and payroll, supporting the 3 regional HR Business Advisers with data and admin and responsible for managing the DBS checking process.You will provide support to the sickness absence management process and may be asked to service ER meetings from time to time.We are fortunate to have a part-time HR Administrator working with us and you will be required to support her in peak times and to deputise for her to cover annual leave.
