HR & Compliance Manager- (Part-Time)

Would you be interested in taking on a brand-new HR and Compliance opportunity based in Congleton, Cheshire, with a business expanding to the next stage of growth? They currently outsource this function and are now looking to bring someone inhouse to work alongside and In partnership with all Senior Management and Stakeholders.
This role is part time (20 hours), the ideal is to have someone in the office every day to support the Managers with HR and Compliance queries, but for the right person there could be a level of flexibility to suit.
Ensure that the company's core behaviours and core principles form the backbone of the People Plan and are "front and centre" in the recruitment process right through from the initial advert all the way through to exit interview
Develop and implement an employee brand in line with the external brand and in line with core behaviours and core principles
Ensure that the business is fully compliant with both Health & Safety legislation and Employment Law
Advise clients of the business on developments and changes in legislation which will impact their businesses
What you'll need to succeed:
An Intermediate CIPD level of experience is required; you will be interested in developing HR, working to upskill managers, and building an employee brand. An eye for detail is very important along with an interest in legislation. You will understand how new and existing employment law impacts the business and its clients and will advise accordingly. You will be a generalist in HR, and you will be supported by the company's external HR Consultancy.
