Office Manager (Part time - 25 hours - Maternity Cover)

Rapidly growing software company based in Bath is looking to recruit a Part Time Office Manager (25 hours) to oversee the day to day running of the business operations. The Office Manager will enter a workspace that encourages innovation, creative expression, teamwork and transparency. Key responsibilities:

Meeting room, calendar management

Recruitment including interview organisation
Travel Booking
Managing Office supplies
Accounting system knowledge (e.g. Xero)
Working experience of development involving one or more of the following is preferred:
Ad hoc marketing, IT administrative support
Awareness of all aspect of software projects
Health & Safety Procedures
Office First Aid/Health and Safety

Hours are felxible, full or part days.

Key Skills/Experience:

Awareness or background of tech companies and their administrative needs

Track record of being able to setup and run office and administrative processes, within agreed timescales
