Part Time Project Co-ordinator




In the role you will play a critical part in working with internal teams and international notified bodies to manage certification projects to ensure that product approvals are delivered in line with business development objectives. Experience of working within an engineering environment would desirable. This will be a job share role, for 18.5 hour per week. There is flexibility on how those hours are completed.

Main Duties:

Ensuring approvals projects are correctly defined and executed so that they meet budget cost and timescales and are in line with customer expectations.

Managing all aspects of compliance projects supporting the company's strategic initiatives (i.e. cost down projects, strategic sourcing, manufacturing site transfers, production process improvements, new approvals for existing products etc.).

Providing support in the certification projects being part of the NPD (New Product Development) process.

Managing all aspects of the recertification process.

Skills and Experience:

Ability to manage/build relationships with suppliers and notified bodies.

Ability to explain the work and communicate conclusions and findings clearly, both orally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Project related experience in an engineering environment is desirable
