Business Development / Recruitment Canvassing (Work from Home)
Three established and well regarded recruitment brands, including Arlington Resource Management, are seeking to extend their reach beyond their current client bases. With this aim in mind we are looking to partner with an experienced business developer who can clearly demonstrate a proven track record in lead and job generation to target dynamic businesses in the London area that may be recruiting Accounts and Finance staff and who are receptive to working with external recruiters.
You will have the appetite to bring on board new accounts and will display both the gravitas and intellect to engage effectively with senior financial stakeholders including CFOs, Heads of Finance, Finance Directors & HR. This is a totally flexible, working from home, opportunity which will allow the successful applicant full autonomy to run their own processes whilst still being fully supported by three seasoned managing directors who are happy to share the resources required for you to make a huge success of this project.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential, together with solid organisational ability, a resilient nature and a genuine desire to assist us to meet our goals for 2020 and beyond. You will have a track record in either a pure B2B new business development role or a 360 degree recruitment position with a real passion for new business development over account management.
