However, we are still committed to cementing our place in the market and are looking to add to our sales team of recruiters, in preparation for aggressive growth plans in 2021.

Develop, grow and generate new business through direct sales activity and candidate management in line with the office and Carbon60 business plan. Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Carbon60 promises.

Business Development

Obtain appointments, attend client meetings and sell the services of Carbon60
Network with candidates to obtain referrals and leads for new client business, whilst promoting the name of Carbon60
Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with prospective clients
Grow business via expansion of existing clients
Be proactive in marketing candidates to clients
Provide sales leads to the Sales Team
Proactively cross sell Carbon60 services and products to new and existing clients
Gather competitor information to enable Carbon60 to sell effectivelyService

To obtain full booking details (including all necessary H& S information) and person specifications from clients maximising each opportunity for placements
To ensure all clients have signed Conditions of Business and that all rates are in line with Carbon60 expectations
To maintain an accurate database by regularly updating worker and client profiles
To arrange and attend Client Service Visits


Excellent communication skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
