Office Manager / Customer Service, 4-5 days per week
We are looking for a creative, positive, problem solving Office Manager/Customer Service Manager who can lead a small retail team and provide exceptional customer service.
The person needs to be experienced in managing staff, team building, creating work flows and ensuring great customer service at all times.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Exceptional phone manner
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous Customer Service experience, in retail / fashion
* Problem solving ability, high attention to detail, multi-tasking, prioritising
* Solid numeric skills
* Excellent team management skills
Qualities & Attitude:
* Positive, proactive, commercially astute
* Interested in design, the making of products, production processes
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* Highly organised with a sense of urgency
* Able to prioritise and plan ahead
Whilst it is not advised against, due to Covid we would prefer office presence due to the nature of the work. Also easy access to the Muswell Hill, Wood Green, Crouch End area of London is preferred.
