Director Analysis and Assurance, Open to flexible working
Ofgem is the energy regulator for Great Britain, and our role is to protect consumers now and in the future by working to deliver a greener, fairer energy system. We do this by:

We are a non-ministerial government department and an independent National Regulatory Authority.
The Director – Analysis & Assurance role will play a pivotal role at the heart of Ofgem by providing clear leadership and direction to the Office for Research and Economics (ORE) and other teams within this portfolio ensuring that this expertise is shared across the organisation and Ofgem’s decision-making is enhanced.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
We are looking for someone with strong commercial and analytical skills combined with the ability to manage a diverse and talented workforce across a number of different disciplines.
In addition, the successful applicant will be a full member of the Executive leadership team and will be expected to play a full part in developing the wider Ofgem strategy, organisational transformation and our day to day management. The Director will be a full member of Ofgem’s Executive Committee and directly involved in all key Executive decisions.
