This is an exciting time to join PIB as we are recruiting for a Trainee Compliance Co-ordinator based in our Norwich office.
If you have recently completed your A Levels (or equivalent) and looking to embark on a career with a growing and successful company who invest in people then we would love to hear from you. This role would suit someone looking to start their career within Insurance and learn and develop within the Compliance area.
To co-ordinate and support the delivery of the Company's regulatory reporting and support the administration and management of the Company's regulated firms
To provide a platform to develop a career in risk and regulatory compliance in PIB through coaching, on the job training and studying for relevant professional qualifications
Work with colleagues across the Company to pull together and analyse the information needed to meet the regulatory reporting requirement of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
Submit regulatory reporting requirements within the relevant deadlines and ensure their accuracy
Manage the Company's FCA firm authorisation and de-authorisation process
Manage/ administer the Company's key Group Risk Compliance systems
Minimum 3 'A' levels grade C or above (or equivalent)
No experience in working in a regulated environment necessary - experience will be gained while working on the job
Track record of managing/ delivering multiple activities concurrently
Experience of engaging with different type of people from different backgrounds
Strong organisational and time management skills
IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft main programmes
