Payroll Clerk, Part time
A highly sought after employer in the Cambridge area are looking for a part time payroll clerk (30 hours) to assist them for 12 months. This position is to cover a maternity leave. The role will be working from home until the New Year and will then (hopefully) be working in the office.
Candidates seeking full time work are also welcomed to apply as there may be scope to increase the hours.
This is a stand alone payroll position that reports into the Head of HR. The Head of HR will sign off the payroll but everything else will need to be completed by the payroll clerk.
Candidates will ideally have atleast two years experience working in a start to finish, stand alone, payroll position and will have necessary experience of monthly payroll, RTI reporting, SSP, SMP, SPP knowledge aswell as having knowledge of pension schemes. Candidates will need to have good IT skills and must be available to start work on the 5th of October.
The payroll is a monthly payroll and is for around 250 people.
