HR/Payroll Administrator, Part time
Pertemps Crawley are currently working on behalf of a globally recognised organisation based in Eastbourne, recruiting for an experienced HR/Payroll Administrator.
This is a part time position (20 - 25 hours) initially on a 12 month FTC, due to start ASAP., offering a salary between ??25k - ??28k (pro rata). Extensive free parking onsite.
- Process monthly payroll for 100+ employees
- Communicate between Hiring Managers and Agencies to support with recruitment needs
- Prepare and issue offer packages, conduct inductions
- Maintain HR records and employee files
- Support with internal and external HR audits as required
- Previous administrative experience in a similar HR/ Payroll position
- First class communication skills
- Tactful and diplomatic approach to confidential/ sensitive situations
