A unique business based in Kings Hill are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Team Leader to support and manage the Finance Operations Admin Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure their team deliver excellent customer service to all clients and ensure accurate reporting of a high volume of transactions.
You will come from a Financial Services background where you have developed a strong understanding of standards and regulations in respect of banking transactions.
- Coach and manage a team to delivery excellent customer service.
- Ensure all transactions processed within your team are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain an understanding of current regulations, standards and guidelines of all policies and procedures.
- To schedule the daily and other regular tasks undertaken by the Finance Operations Administration team
- To continually document and review Admin Team processes to ensure consistency of approach and identify improvements.
