If you relish the challenge of planning and executing on multiple marketing campaigns that target key decision makers in some of the UK’s most critical sectors, you’ll fit right in. Here’s what you can expect from this Public Services Marketing Manager role.

Making quality second nature.  This means doing what’s right even when no one’s looking. The work that you will do has a major impact on our clients and our firm. We pride ourselves on the high-level standards we have for the work that we do, and the brand that we stand for in the market.

Own your own work.  You’ll drive the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the Public Services Group, converting your knowledge of the market into revenue opportunities for the business. With your digital expertise and insights, you’ll work seamlessly across all channels, collaborating with the marketing operations team to ensure the right messages reach the market in a timely fashion.

Be a part of a team. This role will work day to day with the Public Sector leadership team, and will closely collaborate with the business development team to ensure a joined up approach to market. You’ll also be part of the Firm’s marketing centre of excellence with access to all the insights, and tools you need to deliver on your plans.

Take responsibility. You will be the ‘voice of the client’, participating in face to face client reviews you’ll bring insights and knowledge back into the business. You will track all campaign ROI and regularly report back to the business on KPIs

Build your brand.  Our Public Services team has strong ambitions, this role offers exciting opportunities for the right person to expand their knowledge, while being part of one of the Firm’s success stories. 

The minimum criteria

  • Marketing qualification or equivalent qualification i.e. marketing or business degree
  • B2B Marketing experience
  • Digital marketing experience

  • You will be demonstrably fluent in digital marketing channels, with proven experience of utilising them effectively to drive greater outcomes and ROI
  • Knowledge of public sector or worked within the public sector
  • You will have a proven track record of marketing within professional services
  • You will have a understanding of lead generation, sales activity and proposal/bid management
