Our enthusiastic team in Ripon are searching for a proactive Customer Service Executive to join their team to support one of our large customers.

This is a part time position, working 27 hours per week with shift patterns to be agreed between the hours of Monday and Friday 7.00am - 8pm, Saturdays 8am - 5pm and Sundays 10am - 4pm (weekends are on a rota basis).

About the role

Main duties are:

* processing electronic orders

* call handling

* responding to customer queries via email and phone

Full training and support are provided to ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed in this high volume and fast-paced environment, with excellent opportunities for career progression.

About you

You'll ideally have some customer service or sales experience and have excellent communication skills to succeed in this role. However, this is not essential as we welcome applications from school leavers as full training is available.

The only requirements needed are a proactive approach, being self-motivated to learn and manage workload and to be happy working in a fast-paced and varied role.
