An interim senior HR change specialist (senior Business Partner level) is required to support a Local Governments transformation programme.
??? To support the Council's transformational programme
??? Ability to work with the senior management team, influence decision making and lead programmes of work at pace.
??? To start as soon as possible until the end of financial year
??? Part time or full time
??? Strong employee relations skills
??? Proven track record in delivering transformational change
??? Mostly working from home. Some on-site work in Herefordshire will be required but by exception.
??? Public sector would be useful, not essential.
