Investment Team Coordinator, Part-Time (0.8fte), Fixed Term
??26,715 to ??32,817 per annum (pro rata)
The post holder will work within the Investment Funding team to assist with review, scrutiny, co-ordination and process management of the Universities investment and shareholder responsibilities including monitoring, claims and reporting responsibilities. In addition, the individual will also be involved with relationship management with stakeholders, applicants, portfolio companies, investors, fund managers and other professionals, and other departments of the University.
The post holder will also contribute to strategic marketing of the activities and creatively contribute to and assist the Investment Funding Manager and team in a wide range of business development activities. In addition, the post holder will take the lead in the continued integration of processes and procedures following the move of the Investment Team from the Adapt Group into Research and Innovation Services. This will involve mapping a wide range of activities across different teams and ensuring standard practices are identified and adopted. The post holder will also assist in the co-ordination and delivery of services from the Investment Team to external stakeholders through UEA Consulting Ltd as part of Low Carbon Innovation Fund (LCIF) 2.
The successful candidate will have experience of co-ordinating legally documented transactions and co-ordinating investment processes and documentation. Applicants must be educated to degree level or have equivalent recent relevant experience in legal, accounting, investment or similar subject area.
The post is available immediately on a part-time (0.8fte) basis for 3 years.
