Legal Council - Assistant Vice President

The successful applicant will:

  • be a qualified solicitor, ideally with 5-8 years of contracting/ transactional  experience in the business process outsourcing sector
  • be expected to draft, review and negotiate contracts, including preferably business process outsourcing, consulting, technology and other services contracts, and vendor, partnership and nondisclosure agreements. Some degree of familiarity with financial regulations will be helpful but not essential.
  • function as a key partner to a dynamic and fast moving business, and advise internal business clients on a variety of legal issues, develop an understanding of the company’s operations and services, partner with internal business groups in developing and implementing policies and procedures to support business objectives and minimize risk, manage corporate legal matters relating to employment, corporate governance and risk management, keep abreast of legislative developments relevant to the business and manage outside counsel relationships
  • have the ability to deal with a fast-paced multi-jurisdictional environment.

The role is full-time with flexibility and based in central London. The role enjoys some degree of flexibility in working arrangements/ working from home/ working with a team on a remote basis, and will suit a candidate who is comfortable with a non-traditional set-up and has a strong sense of drive and initiative.
