Consultant - Open to flexibility

The ideal candidate will bring both the practical experience of implementing solutions and the flair for developing new ideas that will build the leading model of consulting.  The placed candidate will be part of a fast-growing consulting practice within one of the world’s largest business process services organizations, and will help clients redefine and optimize their support functions, develop visions, improve operations and systems, and drive performance in finance, accounting, knowledge management and IT. 

Location – UK, Europe


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Consulting project delivery – timeline and milestone management, stakeholder relationship management;
  • Creative thinking / innovative mind set;
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business issues across multiple sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree required / Master’s or MBA preferred with 10+ years  domain experience;
  • Knowledge combined with a suite of methods and frameworks to deliver sustainable long-term solutions;


  1. Maturity & Diagnostics Target Operating Model Transformation Journey GBS / SSC / Outsourcing Design Implementation P2P (procure to pay)/R2R (record to report) O2C/OTC (order to cash) – books closing/financial reporting

Who are the key relationships for this role:

Practice organization, Business Development Teams, Regional and Global operations teams.

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:

Bachelors; CA /MBA optional, Finance processes and systems ideally but not essential.

What are the key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years:

  • More latitude in work -broader set of customer experiences
  • More leverage - Will work more like a senior manager

Contribute to IP creation, Creation and delivery of training to peers in practice team

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To bring industry knowledge, world class consulting capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients for their global operations
  • Execute process improvement projects
  • Execute projects ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design, system implementation
  • Partner with the team to deliver our key service line:
    • End State Organization Model Design
    • End State Global Process Design
  • Participated on teams for delivery of benchmarking results
  • Contribute actively to develop high growth org - substantial contribution to practice and IP creation
  • Enterprise Performance Management Tool Implementation experience (Planning and Forecasting, Consolidation, Management Reporting)
  • Contribute to developing and executing on the domestic and global strategy for the consulting practice

Knowledge, Experience, Education:

  • Bachelors with 8 - 10 years domain experience + consulting experience
  • Prior solutioning and consulting experience
  • Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace
  • Project Management Skills

Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues.
