Senior Research and Statistical Analyst - Crime - Open to flexibility

Would you like to use your expertise in crime, multi-agency data, and statistics and GIS, to identify and respond to crime and disorder trends in London?  

The Strategic Crime Analysis team provides high quality data and analysis to inform policy and delivery. As part of the GLA’s Intelligence Unit you will support the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, GLA functional bodies, London Boroughs and other clients, bringing to bear an increasing range of data to provide insight to support policy in crime, policing and community safety.

The GLA Intelligence Unit is an ambitious and forward looking unit of analysts, researchers and data experts in one of the world’s most dynamic global cities. You will work on high profile initiatives, such as the Home Office funded ‘Information Sharing to Tackle Violence’ project, and draw on emerging disciplines such as data science, to take forward developments with big data analytics and smart cities.

This post is covering maternity leave until 30 June 2017.
