Customer Consultant - Open to flexibility

You'll take responsibility for customer accounts investigating account histories protecting the bank's interests whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer care.

Being passionate about accuracy, being patient, having a sympathetic manner and proven customer service skills will ensure you succeed. It would be beneficial to have experience in a telephone-based customer service, but it is not essential.

You'll have the flexibility to work various shifts - 8.00am - 4.00pm, 9.00am - 5.00pm and 1.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.

We'll provide great training over a 6 week period Monday to Friday 9-5. This will help you develop an in depth knowledge of our products and processes.
