We are now looking for experienced Test Analysts to join our Digital, Data and Technology team to help us to achieve this.

Job description

As a Test Analyst you will be accountable for providing practical testing expertise, particularly in test automation within the team. You will be accountable for producing and maintaining robust and efficient automated test packs. Part of your role will involve being accountable for the provision of practical advice and guidance to team members on quality assurance and lifecycle testing. In addition, you will lead on test activities within the team, working collaboratively with developers to support a continuous deployment environment.

We are looking for effective, self-motivated individuals with experience in testing multiple phases of the software development cycle. You will either hold an ISTQB Foundation level certificate in software testing along with a proven track record in software testing; or have extensive experience in Test analysis and leading a test team.

You will have experience of analysing systems and documentation to create test cases and the ability to problem solve system errors, collaborating to get resolutions. Experience in using automated testing tools and leading test activities within a team is essential. In addition, you can confidently engage, influence and persuade others to reach an agreement.

Due to Covid-19, the role will initially be home based so an induction and training will be carried out remotely, with full support from the team. Once safe to do so, your home office will be located in the vibrant waterfront city of Plymouth
