Manager- Supplier Compliance, Open to flexible working

As the supplier compliance landscape changes, managing and analysing supplier information and data is vital. As part of our Assurance Hub, you will monitor supplier compliance with scheme obligations, with a particular focus on financial and numbers based calculations relating directly to these obligations. This involves overseeing regular compliance cycles, answering supplier queries and carrying out our payment and compliance calculations, as well as taking responsibility for implementing changes in scheme legislative frameworks. It offers an opportunity to work closely with our Policy, Enforcement and Licensing teams, helping to drive forward compliance by analysing changes in the market, identifying risks and ensuring that suppliers are accountable for their actions.
This is a highly numerical role and required exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical skills are essential, with a proven ability to interpret legislation and implement policy. You must be a clear, effective communicator who can build stakeholder relationships, review and improve operational processes and manage risks. You must have strong IT skills, in particularly Excel experience. Knowledge and understanding of renewable energy, fuel poverty or the electricity sector would be highly desirable.
