Adecco have a great opportunity for candidates with previous working experience in Accounts / Finance administration with customer service experience.
The role will start immediately for a period of 3 months however this could go on longer.
Candidates will ideally come from a shared service centre background or have worked with a large company dealing with supplier queries and tasks
Clearing invoices and allocating PO numbers
Investigating non payment of invoices
Assisting with supplier queries
Managing the inbox and responding to emails from internal colleagues
Ordering goods for colleagues
Chasing orders yet to be delivered
Assisting with delivery queries
This will be a remote working role however candidates may be required to work from the office at some point so must be local to Manchester City Centre
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
