HR Administration Assistant, Learning Administration, HR Services, Open to flexible working
As a member of the ECD Learning Admin team you will manage and deliver learning and development activities in accordance with the firm’s vision. You will contribute to the strategic direction and development of the Learning Administration team and in particular the Early Careers Development Admin team. The position will require an organised yet innovated approach to professional qualification administration. There is also opportunity to further develop customer service, stakeholder management, vendor relationships together with demonstrating your excellent communication skills.
Working within the Learning Admin Team you will be required to provide administrative support and advice within the Early Careers Development arena; working within set processes for a portfolio of qualifications that we currently offer. This includes administrative support and advice on qualifications across the organisation in each of our Service Lines (Audit & Assurance; Tax & Legal; Consulting; Financial Advisory; Risk Advisory; and Internal Client Services), ensuring that our students (both Apprentices and Experienced Hires) are provided with timely information about their chosen pathways. We are looking for an outstanding individual who is able to work both independently and as part of a wider team across 3 sites to deliver excellent service. Are you someone with the ability to learn quickly on the job, who has an enquiring mind and the confidence to challenge and set boundaries. We would love to see you to use your initiative whilst ensuring your responses are within policy and processes.
The role encompasses, but is not limited to:
- Communicating in a professional manner at all times with customers, stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate and timely information is provided on the individuals qualification pathway through our query management system ServiceNow;
- Providing assistance, guidance, advice and support to those undertaking professional qualifications and the wider business, including information on exam passes, exam fails, contract termination details and ensuring that sensitive data is handled appropriately;
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution;
- Working as part of the team to manage course and exam bookings for our student population;
- Co-ordination of communications to students, exam managers and line managers;
- Re-plotting student pathways in consultation with programme managers, exam managers, training providers and institutes.
- Working to ensure that processes are accurate and new initiatives are identified to ensure continuous service improvements.
This is a fixed term contract opportunity for a period of 6 months. Our team members work a variety of agile working patterns. Tell us what arrangement works for you and we’ll try to accommodate.
Your professional experience:
- Strong Administrative skills, with attention to detail Experience of working within a process driven environment, with clear evidence of continuous service improvement in any area of work
- Proficient in Microsoft office with excellent Excel and Word and Outlook skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service focus and ability to work with a wide range of people within the organization, and external vendors
- Experience of Stakeholder management
- Demonstrative experience of being a team player who is also able to use own initiative in solving complex queries
- An awareness of some of the professional qualifications offered within Deloitte
- Experience of working within Early Careers Development
- Experience of working with an offshore Extended Delivery Centre (EDC)
