SF Group are recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor for a company based in Coventry
35 hours a week, anytime 9am-8pm mon-fri, sat 9-4, sun 10-4
1/2 Evening per week, finish at 8PM and 2 weekend days per month
100% remote during Covid thereafter Weekend & Evening work to be remote from home other hours office based
o Provide excellent customer service within agreed SLAs, being able to explain queries and talk to customers in a professional manner.
o Answering queries from customers by a variety of communication methods including phone, e-mail, text & web chat.
o Loading and allocation of funds
o Providing cover for administration of cards, printing and posting cards to customers.
o Other ad hoc duties.
o Follow-through on commitments and persistence.
o Ability to take ownership & work under pressure.
o Ability to provide excellent customer service & manage customers expectations.
o Confidence in decision making.
o Ability to work under pressure and use with different systems effectively.
o Highly organised, balancing workload and making sure we meet SLAs.
o Work remotely on weekends and evenings - majority of work remote during Covid
