WE have an exciting temporary opportunity for an experienced Administrator with Secretarial and Minuting skills and experience to assist in a very busy office in the heart of the Gravesend area.

You will be assisting the team with a variety of tasks that will include liaising with people over the phone and email, typing up letters covering a wide subject range and distributing them. You will also be required to attend virtual meetings and minute these and then type up and distribute the minutes ti the relevant people.

There will also be the standard jobs such as filing, scanning and inputting of information on the IT system.

You must have previous minuting experience and a fast accurate typing speed. It literacy in Microsoft is a must and a proven history in and Administrative/Secretarial role.

The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will primarily be based in the office, however there may be occasions when you will be asked to work from home.

This is a temporary role until at least March time with an immediate start.
