We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Change Manager to join this leading charity on a 12mth FTC due to the recent Reward Review.
Ideal candidates will:
Lead of change initiatives and transformation projects.
Ideally come from a charity, healthcare or public sector with experience of working in large workforce organisations.
Designed and deployed methodologies and processes to confirm project success in line with the strategy
Owning the change impact assessments and related change plans for projects
Demonstrate an understanding of change management and how to support teams to manage and deliver lasting change
Ensured employee experience is personal, simple, and brilliant in execution of change projectThis is a remote working role with the flexibility of working from the office in January if you wish, however travel to the London office is required 1-2 times a month.
This role is looking to start in December.
