Mortgage Telephony Advisor - Open to flexibility

You'll take responsibility for customer accounts investigating account histories to maximise contact and collection opportunities, recovering arrears and protecting the bank's interests whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer care.
The role calls for a passion for accuracy, a patient, sympathetic manner and proven customer service skills, ideally backed up by experience in a telephone-based collection role.

As this role is a high risk role, if you are successful in being offered this position, you may be required to go through additional vetting checks.

Our office hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on a Saturday. We are open to discussion around flexible working within these times.

You must be CeMAP qualified or prepared to work towards achieving this qualification.
