Our Client Asset Management Ireland (CAMI) business is responsible for the wind down strategy for the assets that transferred to the UK following the closure of Bank of Scotland (Ireland) at the end of 2010.

As a result there is an opportunity in a key role within the Ireland Change Team that will stretch and challenge an experienced Project Manager. and support us in our journey of being the best bank for our customers.

You'll be responsible for leading and controlling the delivery of a wide range of projects of various sizes and degrees of complexity, and get involved in Groupwide change activities.

We'll give you responsibility for delivering change initiatives that implement business strategies, whilst working hand-in-hand with our outsourced third party supplier and business stakeholders

Here's just a taste of what you will get up to:

  • You'll direct and control the delivery of a diverse range of change initiatives, from business case development to benefits delivery, ensuring delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives
  • You'll manage the governance and reporting, embedding the support processes to manage issues, identify and mitigate risks, monitor dependencies and record assumptions, and ensure you have clear, impartial and comprehensive visibility of individual and cumulative programme progress.
  • You'll define and implement a detailed delivery approach for each stage of the project lifecycle, obtaining buy‐in from colleagues, and, ensuring that the right level of quality is achieved in all project deliverables

Using established standard project methodologies you'll control, manage and monitor both project timescales and budgets with the need to report and escalate variances, difficulties or cost over-runs as necessary.

In this role you'll be responsible for everything from building relationships with stakeholders and agreeing project milestones, to controlling budgets and managing risks to deliver projects successfully.

So we'll need you to already have project management skills as outlined above, coupled with a solid track record in change delivery. If you have Business Analysis skills (e.g. requirements gathering) would also fit well within the role.

We'll also look for you to evidence an ability to influence widely and be capable of managing the practical elements of both project governance and project financials.

In return for your Project Management experience we'll offer you a comprehensive reward package with access to a host of discounted products and services.
